Kick It Kids Soccer LLC provides children's soccer classes through school programs, private group sessions, and soccer parties. These Terms & Conditions apply to all registrations, waiver submissions, private group requests, and party bookings made through the Kick It Kids Soccer LLC website.
By submitting a registration or waiver form, the parent, guardian, or adult host agrees to these terms.
Registration and waiver forms for child participants must be completed by a parent or legal guardian. Soccer party waiver forms must be completed by the adult event host. By submitting a form, you confirm that you are authorized to do so on behalf of the child or event participants listed.
Parents, guardians, and party hosts are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including contact details, emergency contacts, medical and allergy information, physical limitations, event location, and number of participants. Inaccurate information may affect the ability to support participant safety or confirm a booking.
Participants should be physically able to take part in soccer activities. Parents and guardians are responsible for disclosing any allergies, medical conditions, medications, physical limitations, or special concerns that could affect a child's ability to safely participate. This information should be entered in the registration form so Coach Evan and any authorized helpers can be prepared.
Participation in Kick It Kids Soccer LLC programs, private group sessions, or parties requires completion of the liability waiver and assumption of risk included in the registration or party form. The waiver must be read, accepted by checkbox, and confirmed by typed signature before a registration or booking request is submitted.
The waiver is presented in full within the registration form and is not reproduced here. Please review it carefully before submitting.
The registration and party forms include a first aid and emergency medical treatment consent section. By checking the consent box, the parent, guardian, or party host authorizes Kick It Kids Soccer LLC staff to provide basic first aid and/or seek emergency medical assistance if reasonably necessary during a session or event.
Photo and video consent is a separate selection within the registration and party forms. Consent may be accepted or declined. If declined, the child or participant may still participate in the program. If accepted, photos or videos may be used for Kick It Kids Soccer LLC purposes as described in the form and in the Privacy Policy.
School program registration is subject to availability, class schedule, school or location rules, minimum enrollment requirements, and other program conditions. Completing a registration form does not guarantee enrollment if a class is full or the program is unavailable at the selected school.
Private groups are not confirmed until Coach Evan confirms the location, schedule, availability, group size, and final details.
Private groups are $25 per class, per student, with a minimum of 6 students and a minimum 4-week commitment. The 4-week commitment is prepaid unless otherwise confirmed in writing by Kick It Kids Soccer LLC.
Submitting a private group request or waiver form does not guarantee a booking, specific location, date, or time.
Private group locations may include a home, park, approved location, or Coach Evan's beach option in Playa del Rey if available. Locations must be suitable and safe for soccer activities.
Missed classes, refunds, credits, cancellations, and rescheduling may depend on the confirmed group arrangement and should be discussed directly with Kick It Kids Soccer LLC.
Outdoor sessions may be rescheduled, delayed, relocated, or adjusted due to weather, unsafe field/park/beach conditions, location rules, or coach availability.
Soccer parties are not confirmed until Coach Evan confirms the date, time, location, availability, number of kids, and final price.
Party pricing:
Parties include a 60-minute session with games, scrimmaging, and soccer goodie bags for all kids.
Submitting a party request or host waiver form does not guarantee a booking, specific date, time, or location.
The party host is responsible for providing accurate event details, number of kids, age range, location information, and any relevant safety concerns.
Outdoor parties may be rescheduled, delayed, relocated, or adjusted due to weather, unsafe field/park/beach conditions, location rules, or coach availability.
A $50 nonrefundable deposit is required after Coach Evan confirms and accepts the party. The party is not officially booked until the deposit is paid.
The remaining balance will be confirmed directly with the party host after the party is accepted and may be listed in the invoice, payment link, or written confirmation.
The deposit acknowledgement in the party form is an agreement to the deposit policy only and is not payment collection. Payment is handled separately after Coach Evan confirms the party.
The Kick It Kids Soccer LLC website does not automatically collect payment for private group sessions or soccer parties at the time of form submission. Payments are arranged and collected after Coach Evan confirms the booking details.
Accepted payment methods may include:
The specific payment method will be confirmed with the parent, guardian, or host after the booking is accepted.
Cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms may vary depending on the program, school, private group arrangement, party booking, weather conditions, and the specific details confirmed at booking. Parents, guardians, and party hosts should contact Kick It Kids Soccer LLC directly for questions about cancellation or rescheduling.

Kick It Kids Soccer LLC is a positive, age-appropriate environment. Participants and parents or guardians are expected to:
Coach Evan may remove or pause a participant from an activity if their behavior creates a safety concern or significantly disrupts the session.
